LORI LORENZ

Managing Director, Human Capital Operations

Lori joined Baird in 1993 and has more than 20 years of human resources experience. Lori oversees Baird’s Human Capital Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, including Benefits and Compensation, and technology strategy.

She also plays a key role in Baird’s Human Capital policy development and administration. During her tenure at Baird, the firm has received local and national recognition as a great workplace. Most notably, Baird has been honored for nine consecutive years as one of FORTUNE magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For®.  

Lori is an active member of SIFMA’s Human Resource Managers Roundtable and the Milwaukee Area Compensation Association.  She serves on the boards of Carmen High School for Technology, the Business Health Care Group of SE WI and Rogers Memorial Hospital’s Personnel Committee.

Lori graduated summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater with a BBA in Human Resources Management. She holds the designation of GPHR (Global Professional Human Resources) and CCP (Certified Compensation Professional).

Prior to joining Baird in 1993, Lori held the roles of Compensation Manager for Fiserv, Inc. and Compensation Consultant for Ernst & Young.
