LIL LEBLANC

Assistant Vice President of HR Strategy & Culture

Lil has more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources, presently serving as Assistant Vice Presodemt of HR Strategy and Culture for Baptist Health South Florida.  Her responsibilities include Organizational Culture, Employee and Leadership Development, Talent Management and HR Communications. She previously served as Baptist Health’s Corporate Director of Work-Life Effectiveness.

Lil worked for nearly ten years as Vice President of Human Resources for Central Maine Healthcare Corporation. She also served as Vice President of Human Resources for Faulkner Hospital, Director of Personnel for Carney Hospital and Compensation Administrator for Stop and Shop Supermarket Companies, all in Boston. Lil has provided strategic HR services as a consultant to organizations in the healthcare, professional services, aviation and government sectors.

She holds a BS in Economics, summa cum laude, from Boston State College and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Lil is a licensed commercial pilot; concurrent with her Human Resources career, she operated an aviation company alongside her husband. She recently published her first book, The Flight Level Chronicles, describing her experiences as an air charter pilot. She also writes a leadership blog, Flight Level Leadership.
