CEO Program Director

Pam Goncalves brings over 25 years’ experience in corporate communications and marketing for the technology industry in Silicon Valley. In her current role as CEO Program Director for Brocade, a leading networking company, Ms. Goncalves is responsible for strategic programs and executive communications, reporting to Brocade’s CEO.

Ms. Goncalves has been at the forefront of several networking/web-based industries before they became pervasive, running global communications and marketing for companies such as Genesis Microchip, CyberBills, eBay, Netcom and BusLogic. During her tenure at these companies, Ms. Goncalves has been a strong advocate and mentor to professional women. At Brocade, Ms. Goncalves is also a member of the company’s WIN Women In Networking [WIN] Council; the WellFit Council, promoting health and fitness programs to employees; and the Corporate Social Responsibility Council, helping to oversee Brocade’s involvement in community affairs, government relations, and environmentally-friendly practices. Ms. Goncalves is married and has three children.
