Lead OD Specialist

Laura has thirteen years of generalist experience across all fields of Human Resources including Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, Professional Development, Employee Relations, HR Technologies, Compliance, and Organizational Development. 

As an HR professional, Laura has extensive knowledge of project management, process improvement, strategic planning, and the development and implementation of a wide variety of HR and Organizational Development initiatives.

Laura’s passion is for training and development, both professional and organizational. She has led the design and delivery of numerous development programs to increase individual, organizational, and team effectiveness. Currently, Laura is leading a project to design and implement a new career progression model at Noblis.

Laura holds a Master’s degree in Education and Human Development from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Randolph-Macon College. Laura is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a certified Human Capital Strategist (HCS).
