Americas Director People

Kevin Kelly oversees Ernst & Young’s people strategy and operations in the Americas. Kevin works closely with business leaders and a diverse team of HR professionals to design and execute HR initiatives that strengthen the culture by supporting the organization in attracting, developing, including and engaging talent.

Kevin has more than 30 years of experience in the human resources field. He joined Ernst & Young’s Los Angeles office in 1989. He became part of the Americas HR Leadership Team in 2001, focusing on transforming the 33 loosely connected HR departments into a single Americas People Team. Kevin is a member of Ernst & Young’s Global Human Resources Committee, which provides input into global people priorities and initiatives.

Kevin earned his BS in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. He lives in Chappaqua, New York, with his wife, Marian, and three children, Carmeron, Kalene and Mackenzie.
