Karen Miller is the Lead Development Consultant for the Financial Services Office of Ernst & Young LLP. Karen consults with business leaders and internal clients to diagnose business and performance issues; gather, analyze, and share data; and co-develop and execute interventions. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University and has more than 15 years of experience in organization development, including employee engagement, teaming, organizational change, performance improvement, communication, facilitation, strategy, coaching, cultural transformation, and process and organizational redesign. Karen lives in northern New Jersey with her husband and two school-age children.
