FRANK RUDOLPH

Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Frank has served as Devon Energy's executive vice president of human resources since 2007. In that time, Devon has been ranked four consecutive years on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list. Additionally, it is perennially ranked on Fortune's list of the World's Most Admired Companies where it receives high marks in the area of People Management among its industry peers.

Prior to joining Devon, Frank was vice president of human resources for Banta Corporation, an international printing and supply chain management company. His career began at R.R. Donnelly & Sons and spans more than 25 years. Among Frank’s speaking engagements, he was recently honored to present the keynote at the 2011 HR Leadership Summit in Dallas. Frank holds degrees from Illinois State University and Loyola University of Chicago. 

Frank serves on the boards of Science Museum Oklahoma and the YMCA and is active in charitable initiatives to help children with learning differences.
