Katherine Palmer, Vice President of Employee Practices and Diversity, is primarily responsible for developing and supporting human resources practices for more than 15,000 Bright Horizons’ US employees. She oversees Bright Horizons’ employee relations, people practices, work-life and diversity programs. 

Under her leadership, the Bright Horizons' Human Resources team focuses on delivering human resources support that addresses the evolving needs of its employees.

The company operates more than 700 child care and early education centers and provides a family of solutions to support employees through life’s stages.
