Kelly Gaglione is Vice President of Kahler Slater and as such serves as a member of Kahler Slater’s executive leadership team. As a key leader and 16-year employee at an eight-time Best Company, Kelly plays a key role in fostering Kahler Slater’s culture and cultivating trust in the workplace.

Kelly holds a business degree and has a deep background in strategy, communications and research. 

As a part of the Kahler Slater workplace environments research team, Kelly has had the opportunity to make benchmarking visits to numerous Best Companies including Mattel, eBay, Engeo, Genentech, and JM Family Enterprises. Kelly has worked with numerous clients over the years including Martha Jefferson Hospital, Centegra Health System, Aurora Healthcare, University of Wisconsin-Whitewater College of Business and Economics, Badger Meter, and Martin’s Point Health Care.
