You will be contacted within 48 hours with a promotional code allowing you to register at the non-profit rate. You can return to the registration web site and register yourself and your team mates with the code provided.

Cancellation and Change Policy

  • - Full Refunds will be issued for all cancellations received prior to March 8th, 2012 at 11:00 PM PST, less a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations received after March 8th, 2012 at 11:00 PM PST are non-refundable. 
  • - Registrations can be transferred to a colleague until March 10th, 2012 by e-mailing authorization to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  There is no fee for transfers. In the event you cannot attend, we encourage you to send a colleague in your place. It may be difficult for us to process transfers made after March 10th, 2012, however we will try and accommodate you onsite.
  • - In the unlikely event Great Place to Work® Institute needs to cancel the conference, paid registration fees will be fully refunded. The Institute's liability is limited to the return of these fees.
