If you are a returning alumni, a promotional code will be sent to you at the e-mail address with which you registered for the 2009 conference. If you did not receive this message or would like to receive it again, please e-mail conference@greatplacetowork.com.

 

If you are from a non-profit organization, to receive your discount, please fax a copy of your 501c3 form to the Conference Manager at (415) 503-0014. You will be contacted within 48 hours with a promotional code allowing you to register at the non-profit rate. You can return to the registration web site and register yourself and your team mates with the code provided.

 

Speakers and Sponsors

Thank you for your support of the Conference! You are welcome to register online for your complimentary conference pass. To register online, you will need to enter the promotional code Jessica Thien supplied to you. We're excited to have you join us at our Great Place to Work®Conference in Los Angeles. To receive your affiliate rate you will need to enter the promotional code Jessica Thien supplied to you. Cancellation and Change Policy

- Please submit all cancellations in writing to conference@greatplacetowork.com

- If you need to change your registration (ie. name of registrant, etc.) please do so by visiting the self-edit feature on the registration website.
- Full Refunds will be issued for all cancellations received prior to March 19, 2010 at 11:00 PM PST, less a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations received after March 19, 2010 at 11:00 PM PST are non-refundable.
- Registrations can be transferred to a colleague until April 9, 2010 by e-mailing authorization to conference@greatplacetowork.com. There is no fee for transfers. In the event you cannot attend, we encourage you to send a colleague in your place. It may be difficult for us to process transfers made after April 9, 2010, however we will try and accommodate you onsite.
- In the unlikely event Great Place to Work® Institute needs to cancel the conference, paid registration fees will be fully refunded. The Institute's liability is limited to the return of these fees.
