If you are returning alumni, a promotional code will be sent to you at the e-mail address with which you registered for the 2010 conference. If you did not receive this message or would like to receive it again, please e-mail conference@greatplacetowork.com.

To receive your discount, please fax a copy of your 501c3 form to the Conference Manager at (415) 503-0014. You will be contacted within 48 hours with a promotional code allowing you to register at the non-profit rate. You can return to the registration web site and register yourself and your team mates with the code provided.

Speakers and Sponsors

Thank you for your support of the Conference! You are welcome to register online for your complimentary conference pass. To register online, you will need to enter the promotional code Jessica Thien supplied to you. Cancellation and Change Policy

- Please submit all cancellations in writing to conference@greatplacetowork.com.
- Full Refunds will be issued for all cancellations received prior to March 8th, 2011 at 11:00 PM PST, less a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations received after March 8th, 2010 at 11:00 PM PST are non-refundable.
- Registrations can be transferred to a colleague until March 10th, 2011 by e-mailing authorization to conference@greatplacetowork.com. There is no fee for transfers. In the event you cannot attend, we encourage you to send a colleague in your place. It may be difficult for us to process transfers made after March 10th, 2011, however we will try and accommodate you onsite.
- In the unlikely event Great Place to Work® Institute needs to cancel the conference, paid registration fees will be fully refunded. The Institute's liability is limited to the return of these fees.
