Jan Cipoletti, MODE, is a Senior Business Development Advisor and Managing Consultant with the Great Place to Work Institute®. In her role, Jan builds and sustains strong relationships with clients to ensure their experience engaging with Great Place to Work® Institute is valuable and positively impacts their journey of creating a great workplace.

Prior to joining the Institute, Jan worked as a business consultant specializing in organizational change, talent development, facilitation, and strategic planning. Her passion for learning, growth, and change combined with her ability to quickly assess situations and develop creative solutions to organizational challenges enables her to help individuals, groups, and organizations realize their full potential. Jan has applied her expertise to benefit organizations in industries from technology and manufacturing to healthcare, non-profits and governments. She quickly assesses situations and provides realistic recommendations to clients, combining a creative approach to problem solving with a practical sense of what works and what doesn't work to achieve desired results.

Jan holds a master's degree in Organization Design and Effectiveness from the Fielding Institute. Currently she serves as an affiliate faculty member in the Regis University College for Professional Studies Undergraduate School of Business where she facilitates business courses online.
