Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Corey Heller

Corey Heller is Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Baptist Health South Florida. Mr. Heller is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, retention, benefits, compensation, HR strategy and culture and HR operations.

Prior to joining Baptist Health, Mr. Heller served as the HR project director for Computer Sciences Raytheon, directing strategic initiatives for the U.S. Air Force. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for The Hartford Financial Services Company. He has also held executive HR positions at LexisNexis, Cisco Systems and various divisions of PepsiCo. At the Australian-based Brambles Industries Limited, Mr. Heller was responsible for strategic HR initiatives in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.

A graduate of Hamilton College in New York, Mr. Heller also has a master's degree in industrial labor relations from Cornell University. He holds certification as a Senior Professional Human Resources executive and is a Certified Compensation Professional. In the various communities he has worked, he has become involved in youth sporting organizations and in helping inner-city youth. He is continuing that work in South Florida. He resides in the city of Miami.
