Dennis Berger

Dennis Berger is senior vice president of coworker services and executive committee member for CDW, a FORTUNE 500 company and a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Berger is responsible for leading CDW's programs in coworker learning and development, benefits, compensation, performance management, coworker relations and recruitment.

Berger brings a wealth of experience to the CDW team. Prior to joining the company, he served as vice president of human resources at PepsiAmericas and also served as a group vice president of human resources in PepsiAmericas' St. Louis office. Before joining PepsiAmericas in 1999, Berger held human resources positions of increasing responsibility at Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc., PepsiCo, Inc., GTE Corporation and other firms.

Berger holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, and Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University in Boston. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago.
