The Immersion Experience offers several advantages:

Experience a great workplace in action with a site visit to a Best Company and meet with their executives and employees. Get your questions answered by those who have done for their companies what you want to do for yours.

The Great Workplace Self-Assessment. Assess your leadership skills and contemplate behaviors that build trust and inspire performance.

Unique models and concepts that will fundamentally shift the way you think about your workplace practices and establish a virtuous cycle inside your organization.

Develop an action plan unique to your company and based on your Trust Index©Survey Results. Leave prepared to apply the best practices and lessons learned at the Conference to your company’s areas of opportunity. 

A Network. Connect with a ready-made network for thought partnership, during the Conference and beyond.

** Action Planning will be based on the participants company Trust Index© Scores. Participants should bring a copy of their Trust Index© Scores Report with them. Scores should be no more than 3 years old.  If you have not administered a Trust Index© Survey at your company please contact us to discuss your options.   

NOTE: The Immersion Experience will begin on Tuesday, March 27th at 1:00 PM, with the conference officially starting on Wednesday, March 28th and finish on Thursday, March 29th at 7:30 PM.  Registration for the Immersion Experience costs an additional fee.  Please see the Registration page for more details.
